The bill (№3075) is aimed at ht improvement of the effectiveness of administration of the taxes, in particular, improvement of the compulsory tax for the pension insurance system, social insurance and compulsory state insurance against accidents. The members of the Committee pointed the attention at the fact "gross violation during the preparation of the bill of the main basis of the assets forming principles for the social insurance".
The People´s Deputies stressed that the adoption of the propositions regarding the lessening of the total sum of the taxation to the Pension Fund, the total sum of the taxation for the compulsory insurance and compulsory state insurance against accidents "can lead to the negative consequences in the work of the corresponding funds of Ukraine and will cause the deficit at the rate of 1841, 6 mln UAH."
The Parliamentarians state that the principle on the lessening of the insurance payment at the rate of 5% for the insurers who use the labor of the personnel of the planes of civil aviation (pilots, navigation officers, flight engineers, ireless operators, supervising pilots). At the same time, the realization of this bill principle will lead to the loss of the Budget Fund at the rate approximately 8, 2 mln.UAH per year.
The members of the Committee expressed remarks on some other norms of the bill.
